By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Shahin's Consultancy provides market-entry, advisory, and related professional services for foreign companies and investors operating in Saudi Arabia, along with research products and publications. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Any formal engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us, which prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict.

2. Scope of our advice
We bring deep experience and care to every engagement. That said, market entry, licensing, and regulatory timelines ultimately depend on government authorities and other third parties. For that reason, our role is to advise, guide, and execute to the highest standard — not to promise specific approvals, timelines, or financial returns. Any timeframes or figures we share are considered estimates offered in good faith.

3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, reports, publications, branding, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Shahin's Consultancy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute our content or paid products without our prior written consent.

Prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
